ERP Project Manager (Syteline)

On-Site Location: CMI Group, 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (This is an in-person, on-site position)

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of ERP projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, providing timely solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly to project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Foster effective communication among team members, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement
• Local travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

Primarily in an office environment, on-site in Phoenix, AZ

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation processes.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address challenges during project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management or ERP systems are a plus.
