CMI Group Calibration Technician

Location: North Phoenix - 2688 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85050

CMI Group has grown to become a leading supplier of CNC machined parts, tooling, fixtures and assemblies to the Aerospace and Defense Industries. We are continuing to grow and need individuals that are interesting in growing with us.

CMI Group, East Facility is looking for an experienced Calibration Technician.

• Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan
• Shift: Monday - Friday 5am - 3:30pm

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a calibration technician
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, squat, sit and/or walk the majority of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted
• Excellent attendance
• Good communication skills
• Will need to use basic shop math & interperet basic work instructions.  
• Ability to work well with others & follow instructions

General Duties may include:

• Daily set up and tear down of dial bore gages, mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages, etc.
• Calibrating equipment to industry standards.
• Troubleshooting gages as needed.
• Maintaining calibration with suppliers and customers.
• Creating reports as needed.
