Quality Document Control

Location:  1515 W 17th St, Tempe, AZ 85281

Shift:  Full time, day shift (6am - 3:30pm M-F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to recognize various deliverables and drawing types and route according to the requirements.
  • Ensure there are periodic reviews of all documents to maintain consistency to customer requirements, local procedures and changes or improvements to site processes.
  • Provide guidance on documentation structures and format to ensure compliance to procedures, relevant regulations, and standards.
  • Ensure consistency of document structure & compliance to company procedures, AS9100.
  • Work cross-functionally with individuals and projects teams to ensure successful documentation release.
  • Provide quality document control oversight on documentation and reports.
  • Review documents for accuracy & completeness.
  • Create certificates of conformance for finish goods.
  • Monitor, track, and report incoming documentation at receiving inspection.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in document control, document management, or quality processes.
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to work full time
  • High attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills preferred.
  • Self-starter; ability to work independently, productively, and with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
