Location: 1515 W 17th St, Tempe, AZ

Established in 1985, Systems 3, Inc. has grown to become a leading supplier of CNC machined parts, tooling, fixtures and assemblies to the Aerospace and Defense Industries. We are continuing to grow and need individuals that are interesting in growing with us.

Systems 3 Inc, part of CMI Group, has 3 open positions for entry level inspectors.  No experience required. & training will be provided!  This position requires you to visually inspect manufactured products in a warehouse/machining environment.  Some basic cleaning/wiping & kitting products in an assembly line may also be required.  

• Starting pay is $15-16 per hour.
• Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan

• Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 4:30pm

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, squat, sit and/or walk the majority of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Excellent attendance
• Good communication skills
• Will need to use basic shop math and interperet basic work instructions.  Training provided.
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to follow instructions

General Duties may include:

• Assemble parts
• Performs functional testing
• Performs leak testing
• Performs pressure testing
• Identifies parts by marking methods
• Must be able to read and interpret blue prints
• Interprets Manufacturing Operation and Tooling (MOT)
• May perform other duties as requested
• Trains and instructs other employees as directed
• May require soldering
