Material Receiving/Kitting Coordinator
Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan!
Location: Cassavant Machining 3617 E. La Salle St. Phoenix, AZ 85040
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the receipt and processing of incoming materials, supplies, and products.
- Processing raw material, special process receiving areas and kitting.
- Coordination of daily tasks for assigned receiving area.
- Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support and computational tasks.
- Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
- Records received items according to established procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills preferred.
- Self-starter; ability to work independently, productively, and with minimal supervision.
- Receiving experience Preferred!
Basic Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the US
- 18 yrs or older
- Ability to work full time + OT (As needed)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires bending, squatting, reaching.
- Requires the ability to lift 40-50lbs occasionally and 25-30 lbs frequently.
