We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at CMI Group (Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing).

Currently offering $1,000 bonus, paid after 6 months of employment.

The Account Program Manager will lead and drive the critical actions and functions associated with a key customer inclusive of delivery, cost, and operational performance as well as all critical communication and planning.

The Account Program Manager will develop, implement, execute and maintain organized data applicable with all key customer deadlines and business objectives through our production systems. Individual will manage the forecast through rolling 12 months outlook in order to meet the customers’ needs in terms of delivery, product and quality. Individual will be accountable for building up the functional excellence to support business objectives. Individual will lead and work collaboratively with our all stakeholder teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and performance.
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and work directly with Operations and Quality to ensure workflow and through put to deadlines.
  • Utilize forecasts and departmental capacities to ensure milestones and final deliverables are met.
  • Manage communication with peers, management, and customer stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized data and communicate to Management and Peers. 
  • Work with multiple organizations to ensure completion of orders within customer expectations. 
  • Engage in all New Production Introduction (NPI) activities / meetings.
  • Work with Operations (Production) Leadership to ensure they remain on schedule and all orders are completed on time for shipment. 
  • Notifies the Operations (Production) Team of all requested customer / platform changes aligned with project manager. 
  • Ensures that all customer orders are waved and processed in order of priority. 
  • Responsible for following NPI orders through the entire process, ensuring orders are 100% completed. 
  • Assist in developing and creating work instructions associated with both the NPI and PC responsibilities.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

Experience:  

  • 5 years’ experience with production, program, or project management
  • Production Control experience within a machine / fab operating system (a plus) 
  • Experience working with complex ERP/MRP systems 
  • Microsoft Office

  • Strong data analysis, problem solving skills and mathematical ability 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well Organized.
  • Track record of accomplishing assignments on time. Must be a highly organized and self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.  Must be able to adapt to changing situations.
