We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at CMI Group (Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing).
Currently offering $1,000 bonus, paid after 6 months of employment.

The Program Manager-Defense Aerospace is responsible for the technical, administrative and client-relations success of the programs to which they are assigned. Major objectives include managing programs within defined profitability, schedule, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage program with plans and objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in schedule, quality, and budget.
- Communicate status of work to appropriate parties (internal/external customers) in order to keep them informed and involved.
- Monitor activities of business units, departments, and project teams under area of accountability, and make appropriate adjustments to ensure clarity of roles and overall effectiveness.
- Consult with and influence senior management at various levels in and across a wide variety of functions.
- Understand the complexities and interdependence of information and events in order to develop effective solutions and ideas.
- Lead a successful team through appropriate methods and flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team thereby facilitating the completion of team goals.
- Resolve any conflicts among team members that affect successful program outcomes.
Education and/or Experience:- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense, or related technical manufacturing environment
- Most recent experience must demonstrate at least 2 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager
- Knowledge of process definition and process management techniques
- Access to Export Controlled information is required
