Magic Smiles operates 4 dental offices in the valley (Phoenix x2, Chandler, and Mesa). At Magic Smiles we believe in delivering high quality and dignified dentistry to all who walk through our doors. Our offices are established and we are looking to grow each of our practices. An operational manager is needed to help us continue that journey.

A Day in the Life of a Dental Operations Manager at Magic Smiles:

On any given day you can expect to encounter the following:

  • Working closely (virtually and in-person) with staff and leadership to deliver on our goals and vision
  • Working with a driven team
  • Ensuring care for and payments from patients who have no insurance, state insurance, and private insurance
  • Working in an office that sees families – kids and adults of all ages
  • Treating every patient and staff member with exception customer service and respect
  • Mentoring and training front office, back office, and administrator
  • Interfacing with patients through phone, email, and other platforms in a professional manner
  • Multitasking between different roles at the same time
  • Navigating solutions independently to serve staff and business requests
  • Training and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional treatments plans and improve acceptance rates
  • Assisting with all administrative tasks – insurances, licensure, and any other as assigned
  • Training staff on the proper method to answer phone calls and scheduling new patient appointments
  • Controlling financial and operation processes to ensure profitability, efficiency, and fantastic customer experiences
