We are PDA Holdings, PLLC , doing business as Magic Smiles and Kids Dental Center.  We have 4 locations in Mesa, Phoenix (2) and Chandler.   We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dental insurance and credentialing SUPERSTAR to assist with all 4 locations.  This position requires a considerable amount of expertise in AHCCCS and PPO Insurance.  You will be accountable for all aspects of credentialing our new doctors and updating any credentialing requests for our current doctors.   In addition, we need your expertise in customizing insurance portals for each location and assisting the Office Manager and administrative team with current challenges accessing insurance portals and retrieving electronic payment information.    You will NOT be accountable for verifying insurance, submitting claims, posting insurance payments, or following up on past due claims.  Basically, we need you to help us create a better insurance system all the way around.  

Magic Smiles and Kids Dental Center are growing practices and are under new leadership.  We have recognized that our current insurance system is failing and we want someone who is an insurance problem solver with amazing follow-up and communication skills.  You will be required to go to all 4 locations because we believe face-to-face is extremely important but once the challenges are solved, this position could also be partly remote.  We are asking for your full time commitment but your hours can be negotiated.
