Magic Smiles is a busy, family friendly dental office that is looking for a hardworking and self-motivated associate dentist with an eye for providing dignified services to less privileged patients. Our Magic Smiles West Location is one of 4 locations that we operate. Magic Smiles has been serving the valley since 2005 and provides top-notch services to patients in Phoenix, Mesa, and Chandler. The Position 

We are looking for an associate dentist who wants to work to meet the needs of our patients. Patients are influenced by our retail economy. This means we need associate dentists who are efficient, available, and capable of completing a variety of basic dental services.  

This position will challenge you to hone your craft in the most efficient ways to ensure patient flow and patient care is perfectly balanced. Our patient base is strong with our current providers booking treatment out for months. This position will keep you busy and give you every opportunity to begin your dental career, or to further your craft. 

To support our associate dentists, we offer a fully staffed and equipped dental office. No office is perfect, but we pride ourselves on growth and improvement. We work closely with our providers to ensure they receive the support they need at every step.  

Requirements & Responsibilities 

Along with providing dignified dental services to all who come to Magic Smiles, this ideal candidate will be self-motivated and driven to see patients with as much care and efficiency as possible. At Magic Smiles, we do not sacrifice quality for quantity. We want everyone to have a full healthy smile. 

Our goal is to allow you to be and/or become an ace-clinician. We will support you any way we can. We will provide the tools and support you will need to put in the work to make yourself the best clinician you can be. 

Practice Location  

Magic Smiles is based in Phoenix, Arizona and the associate dentist will be at the West location. The West location is on 51st Ave and Thomas, just south of the Milwaukee Brewers spring Training facilities. Phoenix is a wonderful place to live and work because everything you would ever want from a city if found nearby. Every major sport is represented in Phoenix, terrific dining and shopping are easily accessible, and with our West location so close to a major freeway (I-10), access to and from the office is a breeze.
