Overview
Schedule appointments and collect all essential information to maintain accurate patient records
Compile comprehensive dental insurance breakdowns
Make outgoing scheduling calls
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, and patient records
Compile and submit reports
Provide backup telephone support for other office locations
Thoroughly document patient interactions
Possess time management skills
Other duties as determined necessary (i.e., office duties, filing, copying, scanning, sending emails, etc.)
Requirements
Happy, energetic, and welcoming personality
Excellent computer skills with previous experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel)
Ability to solve basic math problems
Knowledge of office procedures and the use of general office equipment
Understand credits and debits
Prior administrative, clerical, or reception experience
Excellent written and oral communication; including spelling and grammar
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
