We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented team member to become our A/R Specialist. Your focus will be:

• generate and track insurance claims
• monitor and resolve insurance aging
• process adjustments
• report on A/R
• perform account reconciliations
• generate billing statements
• communicate with patients via email, telephone, mail and in-person
• generate and monitor collection accounts

Qualified candidates will possess the following experience, qualities, knowledge and competencies:

• dentistry and dental codes
• AHCCCS
• dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, CareStack)
• credits & debits
• 2 years of previous dental billing experience
• attention to detail and accuracy
• professional verbal and written communication skills
• problem analysis and problem solving skills
• sense of urgency
• tenacious
