Office Manager

This position will be overseeing and managing 10-14 people.   Knowing and understanding insurance including sending claims, resubmitting claims, estimating patient portion, Understand benefits, pre-authorizations, Eligibility, appeal denied claim and more.  It will be essential to track key performance indicators (KPI) to maintain the health of the business.  Managing staff and patients will be a major part of the job and creating a happy, enjoyable culture for all.  Culture is essential to an offices success and we are looking for someone that can maintain the culture that we have created.  


  • Maintaining a positive culture.
  • HR (hiring, growth reviews, discipline) 
  • staff scheduling
  • maintaining and reaching for daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • track KPI and monitor them regularly
  • training staff
  • learning systems and maintain them
