Seeking full time and part time dentist with excellent patient rapport and clinical skills to join our team!

Full service office from hygiene to implants. 

Fully digital CBCT, Dexis, Medit

Applicant will be required to comprehensively treatment plan, perform composite restorations, crowns, bridge, molar endo, plan and place implants. Furthermore, applicant will need to be efficient with their time and able to see up to 15+ patients a day between hygiene exams, scheduled treatment, emergency patients as well as same day treatment from hygiene. 

Applicant will be working alone as the lead dentist. Owner doctor will provide support/mentoring as needed. 

Office is 80% PPO 20% FFS (NO MEDICAID, HMO, DMO, MEDICARE, MEDICAID)

Monthly collections 80-100k and growing 

Office collections 95%+

New patients 40-65+/month

M TH F 7am-4pm

T W 7am-6pm

S 7am-2pm

*We are looking for full time and part time dentist who can work within these hours consistently. We do not expect all hours to be covered by one dentist but available if they would like. 

 **We are adding a tempe location so we will have need then as well. 

Application Process:

CV, interview, paid working interview, acceptance of position, 30 day probation with pay without contract, final acceptance if offered position with contract.

Compensation:

30% collections

30 day probationary period prior to contract is a daily rate or 30% of collections whichever is greater against draw.
