Job Description: Residential Administrator

Today is awesome! You’ve shown up for work, mingled with the team, and are ready to start your day. You know what needs to be done, and you’re eager to roll up your sleeves and make it happen. The day flies by as you assist customers, support your team, and already look forward to tomorrow.

Job Duties:

• Work with the team: You stay in contact with your manager and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer and the team.
• Develop your expertise: You’re answering phones, replying to emails, writing up estimates, and interacting with customers. Over time, you’ll master job scheduling, data entry, filing, and appointment scheduling. You’ll learn all the services we offer.
• Become a trusted professional: You keep your workspace neat, stay organized, and become detail-oriented. You’ll learn to use our software, handle money, and assist with job scopes and estimates. You dress professionally, pass background checks, and communicate clearly and politely over the phone.

Pathways to advancement: Start as a Residential Administrator with the potential to become an office manager (completely optional). As an office manager, you’ll manage your team, and further opportunities await as you advance. Our Residential Administrators start at $17.00 per hour, with potential for bonuses and incentives that can increase your pay to $20.00 an hour or more!

Job Requirements:

• You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. No experience? No problem – we care more about your willingness to learn and grow with us.
• You’re tech-savvy: You enjoy the challenge of a job well done, and you’re comfortable communicating with customers and educating them about our services.
• You’re ready to work: You work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. You have a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude.
• You’re a professional: You take pride in your work. You are organized, responsible, and meet deadlines with a level head and optimism.
