Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Window Cleaning Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and securing window cleaning contracts through door-to-door sales efforts.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus a commission structure that rewards performance, providing significant earning potential for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and commercial properties to promote our window cleaning services.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their window cleaning needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
• Present pricing options and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads generated, and contracts secured.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of window cleaning services for new clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and cold calling.
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
