About the Position:Join Squeegee Squad of Wichita as our Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations and outstanding customer experiences. This position is integral to overseeing field activities, managing personnel, and optimizing resource allocation to meet daily operational needs.

Location: Wichita, KS

What We Offer:

• Compensation: Salary range of $47,840 to $52,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance Bonuses: Up to $600 per month, based on operational metrics such as COGS, callback rate, and slippage.

What We Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of operations management experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations to ensure alignment with company objectives, including managing field operations and coordinating schedules.
• Performance Management: Conduct performance analysis, operational efficiency reviews, and resource allocation assessments.
• Quality Assurance and Training: Lead quality checks and training programs for field technicians and crew leaders.
• Customer Engagement: Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
