Squeegee Squad of Wichita is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Exterior Cleaning Technician. This full-time position is based in Wichita, KS, and is not remote. We are looking for an energetic individual who is prepared to engage in physical work and contribute positively to our community.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more.
• Safely and effectively use equipment and tools, including ladders, to perform tasks at various heights.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines consistently.
• Professionally interact with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Willingness to travel locally for jobs, with occasional travel to nearby locations as needed.
• Available to work occasional weekends based on business needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in exterior cleaning or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and manage loads up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
