Weekly Responsibilities
- Analyze operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains. Prepare and share a Weekly Operations Report with key insights and action items.
- Conduct meetings with the operations team to discuss performance, upcoming projects, and strategies for workflow improvement.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Perform a detailed review of operational metrics, assessing against targets and identifying trends and areas for strategic enhancement.
- Implement action plans derived from monthly reviews to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Quarterly Responsibilities
- Lead the planning process for operational objectives, focusing on efficiency and productivity enhancements in line with overall business goals.
