Squeegee Squad of Wichita is actively seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to lead our operations and drive excellence in service delivery. This critical role is centered around overseeing field operations, managing our team of dedicated technicians, and ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional service experience. 

As the Business Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving daily production goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and growing our customer base through outstanding service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management

  • Facilitate daily production meetings to assess previous work, discuss challenges, plan upcoming projects, and ensure technicians have the necessary resources.
  • Coordinate with the Dispatch department to streamline scheduling, routing, and prepare the team for their daily assignments.

• Safety and Training

  • Lead safety initiatives during weekly team meetings and manage ongoing training and certification processes for all technicians, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards and safety.
  • Perform regular performance evaluations, including 90-day reviews for Field Technicians and Crew Leaders, promoting professional development and addressing performance issues.

• Recruitment and Team Development

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new technicians, while managing the recruiting budget effectively.
  • Develop and implement training programs for continuous skill enhancement and operational efficiency of the team.

• Quality Control and Customer Relations

  • Conduct quality checks and engage with customers to gather feedback, addressing any concerns with the aim of achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Promptly and effectively resolve callback and customer complaint issues in collaboration with the Dispatcher.

• Reporting and Efficiency

  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics, inventory management, fleet maintenance, and customer feedback, offering actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Provide field support as a "floater" to ensure the team meets daily targets and operational demands.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one year of management experience, with demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
• Exceptional organizational and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire a team towards achieving operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills, adept at handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Proficiency in using technology for scheduling, reporting, and managing team communications.
