As a Marketing Manager you'll Spend Time...

  • Developing marketing campaigns to support specific marketing and financial objectives across different channels in support the overall business strategy
  • Marketing to various channels and segment databases
  • Developing business cases for marketing initiatives at the proposal stage, making recommendations on marketing tactics
  • Evaluating the impact of marketing programs in achieving lead flow, sales conversion, and customer retention initiatives
  • Creating and proposing marketing research projects to generate consumer insights to support or improve marketing strategy and communications
  • Building relationships with department leads and other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Leading and executing marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging internal assets
  • Work closely with and and all external marketing partners to monitor, appraise, and review previous marketing strategies as well as upcoming opportunities
  • Coordinating projects such as grassroots marketing and special events
  • Managing social media marketing strategy and content marketing
  • Coordinating company conferences, trade shows, and major events
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Working with department leads for pricing strategies and market share growth

We're Excited about you if...

  • Have amazing oral and written communication skills, including high proficiency in all MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are experienced in leveraging software such as: CareStack, Patience Prism, Hubspot, Salesforce, HTML, GSuite, and Creative Tools
  • You have digital and direct mail marketing experience
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude
  • You have the ability to think critically, in order to develop and assess marketing materials
  • You have outstanding organization and administrative skills
  • You have the ability to demonstrate independent thinking as well as a teamwork approach to job responsibilities
  • You have experience with digital platforms, social media, and content marketing
  • You accurately create written reports, training presentations, and correspondence
  • You have excellent communication techniques with clients and team members in person, by phone, or written

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related equivalent of experience
  • Minimum Five (5) Years of experience with progressive responsibilities
