Dental Front Office - Treatment Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Treatment Coordinator at Burns Dentistry is a key member of the team, working closely with our patients to ensure a one of a kind and memorable experience. This role plays an integral part of treatment presentation, planning, and scheduling, ensuring to maximize productivity. As the Treatment Coordinator, you provide necessary information to patients, including their financial investments and how they can maximize their insurance benefits. The treatment coordinator is the patient’s advocate throughout their dental experience, providing meaningful patient feedback with compassion. 


PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES


  • Be front stage for our patients, both in person and on the phone
  • Create a positive experience for our patients that they won't forget
  • Play an integral part of our providers scheduling, ensuring to maximize productivity
  • Provide treatment information to patients, including their financial investments and how they can maximize their insurance benefits
  • Continue building our patient base by establishing and nurturing patient relationships. 
  • Comfortable discussing finances with patients
  • Manage patients accounts and balance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check (Required)
  • Minimum 2yrs of General Dentistry experience (Required)
