Dental Office Administrator

13909 W Camino Del Sol 102 Sun City West, AZ 85375 • Administrative • Full-Time

Salary Range:  $17.00 - $21.00 hour

POSITION SUMMARY

The Front Admin is a key member of the team and patients' very first interaction with the practice. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-office experience from scheduling, patient follow up, and the communication of patient care plans. The Front Admin is the patient’s advocate throughout their dental experience, providing meaningful patient interactions and adding value to each life we touch.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Deliver positive patient interactions, both in-person and on the phone
  • Create a positive experience for our patients that they won't forget
  • Play an integral part of our providers scheduling, ensuring to maximize productivity
  • Provide treatment information to patients, including their financial investments and how they can maximize their insurance benefits
  • Assist in building our patient base by establishing and nurturing patient relationships
  • Lead finance and payment plan discussion with patients
  • Manage ongoing patient accounts and outstanding balance to close

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check (Required)
  • Minimum 2yrs of General Dentistry experience (Required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
  • Position may require travel to and from multiple practice locations
