We are an established, third generation private practice (owner-dentist) located in central Phoenix, AZ, looking for a dental front office manager to join our valued team.  Our patients are amazing, and we are proud of the customer service and personal care we give to each of them.  We are looking for someone who excels in customer service and is able and enjoys handling all aspects of the front office.  We are looking for an energetic, friendly and organized professional with a minimum of five years of experience. Front Office Manager Requirements: 

  • Dentrix
  • Experience as a front office manager in a dental practice
  • Honest and reliable
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage patient flow
  • Understanding of all aspects of patient accounts and insurance processing
  • Understanding of financial reports needed to evaluate office productivity and efficiency

Front Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Proactive in building and maintaining a productive schedule
  • Updating patient profile, insurance and billing information in Dentrix
  • Educating patients on insurance coverage and personal payment responsibilities as presented for treatment plans and outstanding balances
  • Submission of all insurance claims and the maintenance of in-house collections
  • Regularly running reports from Dentrix as requested and as needed to ensure optimal patient financial account maintenance and evaluation of office efficiency and productivity
  • Overseeing all aspects of office admininstration to include maintenance of incoming/outgoing laboratory cases, identifying building maintenance needs and all front office admininstrative functions to ensure that patient education and optimal customer service are consistently delivered.
  • Other duites as assigned
