As one of our two Dental Lab Front Office Coordinators, you will be the critical link between our clients and the lab assisting and supporting clients as they need. Your goal will be to accommodate our client quickly while helping to maintain balance inside the lab. Our goal as a company is to create long-term partnerships with our clients and we do this by super-serving, supporting, and educating clients on a consistent basis. This position of Dental Lab Front Office Coordinator requires a good understanding of dental prosthetics, customer service skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Dental lab and/or dental office experience required.

Our technicians are true artists who we give the proper amount of time and tools necessary to create ideal restorations. Our goal is to give the patients we help to treat the best that dentistry has to offer. Our entire production process is streamlined by allowing our technicians to focus on one part of the fabrication, so they become experts in every stage of the process. New hires typically start in the model room and then move position to position through the lab. We train our technicians up in what we call the Wiand Way which represents doing tasks thoroughly using the best materials and equipment available and beginning with the end in mind. We take extra time and steps at the foundational level to ensure a successful outcome for the doctor and the patient. We do our best to hold our clients to a higher standard making sure to get accurate records to work from. Our support staff is extensive in order for our technicians to be freed up to focus on and meet our quality standards consistently.
