We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ABS/Evolution Software Crown and Bridge Workflow Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and distributing all Crown and Bridge cases into production using ABS/Evolution software. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and optimization of cases moving through the dental laboratory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ABS /Evolution software systems for digital and crown and bridge production.
• Collaborate with dental technicians, CAD designers, and other team members to streamline workflows and ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to software functionality and integration.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of production processes and software configurations.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the workflow.

Qualifications:

• Administrative experience in dental laboratory setting.
• Proven experience working with ABS and Evolution software in a dental laboratory setting.
• Strong understanding of crown and bridge production processes and digital workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
