Position Summary
A treatment coordinator is a professional who provides positive patient interaction while supplying general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence and communication, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. The treatment coordinator’s primary duty is to present treatment plans to patients and ensure that patients schedule in adherence with AZPerio’s collection policy.

Hourly wage for a Treatment Coordinator ranges from $20-25/hour dependent on education, experience, responsibilities and performance. Effective wage range for this position (base wage plus value of PTO, paid holidays, bonuses, benefits and more) extends up to $38/hour!

· Knowledge of excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service standards.
· Knowledge of MS Office software; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Knowledge of Practice Management System software.
