DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Our dental office is currently seeking a friendly, qualified individual to join our front desk team!  Mercado Dental Care is a well-established family dental office located in Scottsdale.

Our office is known for being warm and friendly, so our newest team member should be a cheerful, charismatic person with excellent people skills. This candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, making a memorable and positive impression with greetings, conversations, and exceptional customer service. Candidates should be reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented, and team player. We want to find someone who is able to continue maintaining the warm, positive relationships we have with our patients.

*PREVIOUS DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.* Knowledge of Dentrix is required.

We are a very busy office, so applicants must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment!

Responsibilities include: Welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance benefits, collecting co-pays, clerical duties and much more.
