We are seeking a dedicated and organized UPBEAT Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining efficient office procedures. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing productivity and ensuring that all office functions run seamlessly.

Duties
- Manage and organize office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide support to the team by proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain computer literacy by managing office software applications such as QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Perform receptionist duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting guests.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.
Experience
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications is essential; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy skills are necessary to navigate various software programs effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all communications are professional and error-free.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in calendar management is highly desirable.
- Must be able to dd and calculate correctly
