Elite Construction is looking to hire a dependable Executive Assistant/ Office manager to join our office staff.
Bookkeeping is an essential requirement and proficiency with Quickbooks Online Program Is critical. You will be responsible for invoicing, generating billing statements, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciling. Experience in the Construction Industry would be ideal. Qualified applicants will have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
Assists with Project Management of large-scale construction projects
Must be proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
Monday thru Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm , Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· The ability to prioritize organization staff activity and planning.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK!
Must be able to post payments on accounts.
