Are you a Plumber who is ready to take your career to the next level? Elite Construction COmpany is looking to hire a full-time  Commercial Plumber to go into our clients' businesses and commercial buildings to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their plumbing.

We pay our Plumbers a competitive wage, depending on experience and ability.

Elite Construction is seeking a Commercial Plumber to assist with service calls in our area. Journeymen's license is helpful but not required. 

Must have a driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a drug test (no exceptions). Hardworking and dependable need only apply!!

 Commercial Plumber Responibilites 

• Repair and maintenance of all plumbing works, including old and new installations.
• Repair and replace old and plumbing pipes and fittings, including all types of plumbing pipes and fittings
• Repair or replace all types of plumbing fixtures such as toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, sewer lines, water lines, valves, etc.
• Perform preventive maintenance program on all plumbing equipment, motors, pumps, etc.
• Retrieve all work orders and perform work request
• Troubleshoot, repair & replace major plumbing problems and safety issues
• Communicate with supervisors regarding major plumbing problems and concerns
• Communicate and work with other departments of any maintenance and repair work order requested
• Install needed plumbing and mechanical equipment as well as work and coordinate with others as needed

 Commercial Plumber Qualifications 

• Looking to have at least 5 to 7 years experience in plumbing work, including old and new installations
• Knowledge of proper use of pipe treading and all plumbing tools
• Knowledge and execution of safety rules & regulations and proper use of safety equipment
• Ability to properly lift 50 + lbs.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Some knowledge work order systems and use of a computer
• Proper use of plumbing and other minor test equipment

Full-Time Position

Job Type: Full-time

Monday thru Friday and possibly some weekends

8 hour work day 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 

Pay will range from $16.00- $22.00
