Short Term Rental Manager is a growing short-term rental management company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and smooth operational management. We are seeking an organized, calm, and resourceful individual to join our team and provide critical support during weekends and evenings. This on-call role is vital for maintaining professional communication with guests, vendors, and team members during non-standard hours.

This position requires in-office training to ensure familiarity with our processes and standards. Upon successful completion of training, the role transitions to a fully remote, on-call position for evenings and weekends

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day communications with guests, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and updating property information in our management system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve guest and vendor issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard and that guest inquiries are addressed quickly and efficiently.
• Track and organize incoming information, effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
