STRM is currently hiring In-home Maintenance & Auditor Technician Assistants. If you love problem-solving and are comfortable using a smart phone to run your daily tasks, we want to hear from you. As a In-Home assistant performing maintenance and auditing tasks, you will be responsible for not only performing maintenance and repairs but also for ensuring the cleanliness and overall quality of the homes we manage.

As a In-home Maintenance & Auditor Technician Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks (e.g., changing air filters) and handling repairs to ensure each property is in excellent condition.

  • Conducting thorough audits to identify and address any issues, going beyond immediate fixes to ensure long-term quality.

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and overall upkeep to enhance the guest experience.

  • Utilizing an app to track tasks and document work with precision.

  • Perform light repairs at homes, including minor furniture and appliance repairs, drywall, paint touch-ups, etc

  • Complete exterior cleaning at homes, including pressure washing

  • Travel from site to site (usually at least 1-2 homes per day)

  • Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards

Key qualifications:

  • Ability to read and follow directions accurately.

  • Eagerness to research and learn new skills to stay updated with the latest maintenance practices.

  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.

  • Excellent documentation skills to ensure clear and thorough records of work performed.

  • Genuine interest in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
