We are currently recruiting Household Assistants for the west valley (Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, Peoria), as well as the south and east valley (Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler). As a Household Assistant, your role will include single-handedly or collaboratively cleaning vacation rentals, handling linens and towels, restocking supplies, and preparing homes for the next guests. Our flexible shifts run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., lasting 4-6 hours, available on both weekdays and weekends. Most team members begin with 15-25 hours per week, but we're committed to fostering your growth, and after 90 days, leadership opportunities may arise.

To qualify for this exciting role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Successfully pass a background check with a clean record
• Hold legal authorization to work in the United States
• Possess a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance
• Demonstrate effective communication skills in English
• Display physical capability and a willingness to bend, squat, lift, reach, and climb stairs to complete assigned tasks.
