Short Term Rental Manager, LLC is a locally-owned, values driven real estate brokerage that focuses on helping our clients get the most return out of their vacation homes. 

We are looking for licensed agents to help our clients buy and sell their short term rentals and vacation homes, get new owners signed up for our STR management services, and assist with leasing for mid-term rental reservations

Ideal candidates should be ready to jump for our clients, and be honest even if it costs the sale. We hope you have at least 1 year experience with at least 6 sales so we can immediately start feeding you leads, and we need to know that you can connect on both an investment and personal level with our clients

You are welcome to work on-site as much as you choose. Our office is based in Tempe and you will have access to conference and meeting rooms, a workout center, and a great atmosphere of learning
