Short Term Rental Manager is a local vacation rental management and real estate brokerage. We are family-owned and operated, NOT a national chain.

STRM is currently hiring housekeepers and vacation rental cleaners to turnover vacation rentals in the West Valley (Goodyear, Surprise, Avondale, Peoria, Glendale, etc). If you are looking for an active job, with flexible daytime hours, apply today! 

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning services for vacation rental homes, including laundry
• Travel from site to site (at least 1-2 homes per day)
• Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Restock supplies in homes
• Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products

Requirements

• Ideal applicants are hard working, have a strong attention to detail, and are problem solvers
• Have at least 2 or 3 days available each week between the hours of 11am-5pm. Weekend availability is preferred
• Are available to work 20-45 hours per week
• You must:
  • Have a reliable car, car insurance, and a valid drivers license
  • Be able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
  • Have legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check
  • Be physically able (and willing) to bend/squat/lift/reach/climb stairs to complete tasks
