*This position is only available for candidates residing in the state of Louisiana or Texas. Candidates MUST have prior experience selling Medicare. To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience selling Medicare Advantage, PDP, and Medigap plans with multiple carriers.

As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to help Medicare beneficiaries. No cold calling leads. We schedule all of your appointments for you! Qualified Medicare Sales Agent candidates should have previous Medicare sales experience, be well presented, self-starters, organized, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, performing needs analysis and offering solutions to meet those needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote the company to customers who need insurance
  • Assist Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting the right Medicare insurance plan
  • Meet CMS and carrier requirements
  • Maintain all documents confidentially
  • Submit applications and follow up on status to ensure all applications are properly processed
  • Follow up regularly with clients to maintain and grow relationships

Requirements

  • Candidates MUST have prior experience selling Medicare products.
  • Experience selling Medicare Advantage, PDP, and Medigap plans with multiple carriers.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and strong work ethic.
  • Possession of valid Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Must own a tablet or a laptop suitable for mobile working.
  • Residency in the state of Louisiana or Texas is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact with clients and team members.
  • Organized and detail-oriented to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Capability to work on scheduled appointments efficiently without the need for cold calling.
