Job Summary: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Renewal Operations Specialist to manage the operational processes related to client renewals and account management. This role involves coordinating renewal activities, processing payments, maintaining compliance, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal Management: Coordinate renewal processes, issue documents, and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Payment Processing: Process client payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional support to clients regarding renewal terms, document requests, and account updates.
  • Compliance and Licensing: Maintain accurate licensing records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal staff to monitor task progress, address outstanding issues, and improve workflows.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports, track account statuses, and maintain organized records of renewal documents and client information.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of insurance, surety bonds, or financial services.
