Job Title: Customer IT Operations Support

Location: Hybrid (1 day per week on-site in Vineland, NJ)...Candidates must live in the Greater Philadelphia Area and be able to commute to Vineland, NJ 1 day/week.

Compensation: $17.50 – $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 30–40 hours per week

 

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Operations Support team member to join our growing merchant services company. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for our clients, assisting with account updates, troubleshooting payment equipment, and ensuring merchants receive the support they need to run smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide phone and email support to merchants regarding their accounts and payment processing systems
  • Assist with account updates, changes, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with credit card terminals and point-of-sale equipment
  • Track support requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with others to escalate and resolve complex issues

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
  • Tech-proficient, able to quickly learn and navigate software and hardware systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous customer support or operations experience is a plus
