IT Support Technician

Position Summary

The IT Support Technician will support multiple sites throughout Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing day-to-day operations and troubleshooting issues across multiple sites, both remotely and on-site. Responsibilities include traveling to different locations to perform on-site tasks. The environment is primarily MS Windows-based with various mobile technologies used at different locations.

Work Hours

  • Monday through Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in hardware/software support (remote and onsite).
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between office locations (within a 25-mile radius).
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in documenting and resolving support tickets promptly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools such as FreshService.
