You will…

Manage the full spectrum of the construction process for multiple projects with an emphasis on re-models.

This not only includes overseeing construction and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets but also bridging communication gaps between various departments, contractors, and governmental agencies. You will monitor safety policies and ensure site adherence. You will be proactive, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.

You’ll have…

•  A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. Engineering or Construction Management), with at least 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction Management, Engineering, Project Supervisions or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and management, construction disciplines and techniques, drawings and specifications, and risk management
• Ability for travel (daily) to various company sites in your defined geographic region; periodic overnight travel. 

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Orlando, FL or Tampa, FL.
