Requirements
Effective oral and written communication skills
Four years full-service restaurant management experience + two years prior GM experience
Proven record of effectively controlling costs and maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food and beverage quality, and guest satisfaction
P&L knowledge required, sales building highly desirable
Must have the stamina to work 10-to-12-hour shifts when necessary and a minimum of 50 per week on a 5-day work week.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating team members
Partners with the KM to ensure delivery of exceptional culinary execution. Assists in training, validating, and coaching of culinary behaviors, ordering, scheduling, and specifications adherence
Continually works in the dining room leading, training and coaching host, busser, and service functions
Ability to attract and foster a quality staff and inspire them to greatness
Establish and builds community relations
Creates & implements management systems & routines which enhance the operation
