General Manager

Salary Range:  $65000.00 - $72000.00 year

Requirements

  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Four years full-service restaurant management experience + two years prior GM experience
  • Proven record of effectively controlling costs and maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food and beverage quality, and guest satisfaction 
  • P&L knowledge required, sales building highly desirable
  • Must have the stamina to work 10-to-12-hour shifts when necessary and a minimum of 50 per week on a 5-day work week.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating team members
  • Partners with the KM to ensure delivery of exceptional culinary execution. Assists in training, validating, and coaching of culinary behaviors, ordering, scheduling, and specifications adherence
  • Continually works in the dining room leading, training and coaching host, busser, and service functions
  • Ability to attract and foster a quality staff and inspire them to greatness
  • Establish and builds community relations
  • Creates & implements management systems & routines which enhance the operation
