We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Assistant Manager who loves to serve! This is an excellent opportunity for a leader with at least 2 years of Hospitality Management experience. As an Assistant Manager, you will partner with the GM to lead and drive the daily operations of your Sabrina’s Cafe location as follows:
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment
- This is a very hands-on role where you’ll be required to be in a standing position for extended periods of time

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high volume, fast-paced, hands on environment
- Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operations
- Receptive to coaching and takes initiative for self-development
- Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
- Must be able to coach and develop others
- Must be an effective multi-tasker
- P&L knowledge and sales building highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Delivers consistently on the core values of the brand
- Oversee inventory, quality, and safety
- Effectively Lead and develop the hourly team
- Manages all support functions (i.e. hourly payroll, scheduling, etc.)
- Maintains the facility while upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
- Assists GM with employee relations
- Assist in creating & implementing systems which enhance the operation
- Establish and builds community relations
