EHP Hospitality is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk for EHP Resort & Marina and The Inn Spot. Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and check them in and out of their rooms Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and amenities to guests Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and issues are resolved Assist with reservations and room assignments Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and securely Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest information in the reservation system Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide administrative support to other departments as needed Uphold the resort's standards of excellence in all interactions with guests and colleagues Create daily and weekly booking reports
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
