- Book within the seating guidelines arrangements for proper guest flow for restaurant operations

- Create reservations and manage reservation system.
- Be knowledgeable about all the property offerings
- Makes sure all caller requests are followed through
- Monitor daily bookings and inform management of statuses
- Upsell company offerings
- Send confirmation emails for reservations
- Take phone calls and record guest reservation request in the reservation system platform
- Monitor guest feedback and customer trends
- Ensure all systems are monitored daily: calls, voicemails, reservation platforms and emails.

- Tag guest information in reservation platform with relevant information: celebrations, allergies, etc.
- Ensure all PX, VIP, Allergy, Billing, Celebrations, Ect. Notes are efficiently communicated with management, kitchen, and staff
- Converse with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with their dining experience
- Ensure menus pars are present
- Ensure menus are up to date, clean and mark free
- Ensure that front desk is continuously organized and fully stocked
- Relay phone messages in a fast and efficient manner
- Accurately explain menu items, ask questions, and provide suggested menu items when requested
- Following food safety guidelines
- Monitor restaurant/ office floor for spills and other safety hazards
- Ensuring that the restaurant/office is always neat and presentable
- Inspect and set up reservations desk and inform management if any supplies are needed
