Salary Range:  $20.00 - $20.00 hour

  • Greet guests with a smile and friendly demeanor on arrival
  • Ensure that guests are seated in a timely manner
  • Coordinate seating arrangements and guest flow for kitchen and server operations
  • Anticipate guest needs for a positive dining experience
  • Monitor daily bookings and inform management of statuses
  • Confirm bookings
  • Tag guest information in reservation platform with relevant information: celebrations, allergies, seated, cleared, etc,
  • Ensure all PX, VIP, Allergy, Billing, Celebrations, Ect. Notes are efficiently communicated with management, kitchen, and staff
  • Converse with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with their dining experience
  • Ensure menus pars are present
  • Ensure menus are up to date, clean and mark free
  • Ensure that front desk is continuously organized and fully stocked
  • Relay phone messages in a fast and efficient manner
  • Interact with guests 
  • Accurately explain menu items, ask questions, and provide suggested menu items when requested
  • Following food safety guidelines
  • Monitor restaurant floor for spills and other safety hazards 
  • Inspect and set up reservations desk and inform management if any supplies are needed 
  • Menu printing 
  • CC Authorization communication
  • Email answering
  • Ensuring that the restaurant is always neat and presentable
  • Opening & Closing duties specified by company
