Essential Functions
· Serve as primary business development contact to potential clients and partners
· Seek out and build new business by researching, identifying target opportunities, and networking
· Closing deals of all sizes, increasing revenue for the organization and individual earning
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure deals represent overall interest and direction of the organization
· Achieve the assigned quarterly sales volume targets
· Attend all training programs assigned to optimize the representative’s abilities
· Negotiate terms, rates with manager
· Ensure that accounting has all order information to process deposits and payments
· Answer phones and check voicemails often
· Answer emails in a timely manner to provide excellent customer service
· Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service
· Performs other related activities as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High School education required; college degree preferred
· Two to three years previous experience in sales preferred
· Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to have a friendly disposition for client relations
· Appropriately groomed for direct engagement with clientele
· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
· Ability to sit, stand and bend would be required
