Our client, Bottom Line Hospitality, is seeking a full-time HR Assistant to directly support their teams in NYC. This is an on-site hourly position. Successful candidates must live in commuting distance to NYC.
This HR Assistant's duties involve a wide range of support activities inside the organization, from coordinating meetings to maintaining the employee database to posting job ads to onboarding/orientation -- and more. An important part of this role will be ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions from employees. The HR Assistant will also assist in creating policies, processes, and documents.
Successful candidates will have excellent administrative & organizational skills, familiarity with HR software, and superior communication skills. To be an ideal candidate for this position, you should also have some prior experience working in a human resources function. You must be able to work autonomously and remain calm under the pressure of competing priorities and multiple deadlines.
