Job Responsibilities

- Overall administrative support for office personnel
- Correspond via phone, email, and letter
- Provide basic A/R and A/P support
- Coordinate operational details as directed by management
- File, scan and fax
- Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials
- Perform other related activities as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications-
- One year of Administrative experience
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Clear communications - written and verbal
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information
