Salary Range:  $55000 - $55000 year

Essential Functions

  • Ensure accuracy and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits and annual budgets
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting, management of accounts payable and receivable, data entry and bank reconciliations, and assistance with tax forms (i.e 1099)
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statement production, billing and account statement production
  • Implement the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, core employee expense reports, cash control, core payroll processing and payroll tax compliance
  • Ensure the accurate and timely management of all Accounts Receivable aging components including billings and cash receipts application
  • Maintain income tax compliance to assure the accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns taking full advantage of all favorable tax codes
  • Assist the office in administrative tasks including but not limited to; scanning, copying, faxing, mailings, filing, travel arrangements, word processing and answering calls
  • Performs other related activities as assigned  

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Two to three years previous experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and verbal communication skills; strong customer service background
  • Exposure to some chemicals
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Ability to sit, stand and bend would be required
